Gearbox replacement Suzuki SJ410 - DIY

Changing DIY the gearbox in SJ410 is pretty simple but takes some time to remove all nuts without high-tech machine and tool. The old gearbox got problem and need to be replaced by the new gearbox, used actually but still in good condition.

    1. Hi SAM, Thanks for reply... part/accessories like transfer case 4WD Switch, rubber stuff like for door ect, leaf spring, body bushes, fibre top (my jeep is open top type like on top banner purple) and alot.. need to list it, hehe.. I bought my Jimney about 2yrs already until now hardly to get it what i looking for. My poor jeep staying for some times, repair myself bit by bit what i know... Now my big problem is the body under carriage too much rusty and many big hole. Looking for good skill and reasonable price to get it welded but i decided look for full body house to replace it. The remain housing already out of shape like door alignment and body line not in sync. Now thinking to give it up... the spare (if found) is way too much exp :(

    2. Hi Darren,

Really sad to know it. Anyway, I do understand that restoring the SJ is somehow very hard if parts are not available apart from lots of money and time into it. The same thing when I bought mine which almost a year to get it done with minimal restoration. Luckily easy to find parts and good foreman for specific repair/weld/painting.

What I can suggest to you is:
      1. just keep going for the restoration slowly.
      2. if you really give up, someone may interested to buy for parts or restoration/modification.
