Why the new model of Suzuki Jimny isn't available in Malaysia?

Suzuki Jimny Sierra JB43V with M13A Engine 1.3cc

I don't know exactly why Jimny isn't available in Malaysia, but the similar question has been asked in the US, here [1]. In the US, one of the reasons was the rollover issue following to an unfavorable 1988 review of the Samurai in Consumer Reports for being unsafe and prone to rollovers led to a controversial lawsuit [2], [3].

In the South East Asia, the Jimny is available as a gray import in Singapore [2], while Jimny in Brunei is under a company named Bested Sdn Bhd. Interestingly, Suzuki Philippine has listed the Jimny at their website (price e.g. Jimny SN413 JX M/T at 708,000Php).
